Please Note: We only accept all UNUSED product. If a product has been used in any regards, we CANNOT accept a return.

What is SmokeWeapon’s return policy?

SmokeWeapon accepts returns on unused products within 48 hours upon package received. And please contact us via contact@smokeweapon.com before returning product(s).

We will try our best to provide an accurate description of our products through detailed product specifications and high resolution photos.

Return Circumstance:

  1. due to personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee, returns in exchange for SmokeWeapon store credit will not incur a restocking fee. Furthermore, customer is responsible for the return delivery fee.
  2. If you receive wrong item(s) and want to return it(them), please contact us via contact@smokeweapon.com within 48 hours upon package received with your order number and photos of the item(s) received. We will reship the right item(s) immediately without any charge.And as a compensation, we will offer you 10% of missing item(s) value store credit for your next shopping on SmokeWeapon.
  3. If you receive wrong item(s) and want to keep it(them),please contact us via contact@smokeweapon.com within 48 hours upon package received with your order number and photos of the item(s) received. As a compensation, we will offer you 30% of missing item(s) value store credit for your next shopping on SmokeWeapon.

 

What happens if my item breaks during shipping?

With our cautious packing method, it is unlikely you will receive a damaged item, unless inappropriate care given by the courier during delivery, which seldom happens. So feel relax to shop with SmokeWeapon.

 

If unfortunately you receive your item(s) broken, firstly calm down 😉 and please contact us via (contact@smokeweapon.com) within 48 hours of package received with your order number and a few photos the broken items. We understand how frustrating to receive a broken product, but don’t worry, we will reship your item(s) immediately.

 

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Items returned due to customer preference and not SmokeWeapon error (wrong, broken, defective items, etc.) will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

 

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

A refund will be issued within 48 hours once we receive your return. It will take the bank 1-2 days to complete the inter-organization process.
